Pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia's Mecca, Medina and Friday prayers in Iran halts due to Coronavirus.

Saudi Arabia Government expanded its decision to ban foreigners from making the pilgrimage to Mecca & Medina- holy sites in Islam. At the same time, Iran Government has decided to cancel all Friday prayers in major cities, Fox News reported. 

Coronavirus affects Islam 
According to Islam, Friday is the main congregational day of prayer. However, after videos of men kissing and licking holy shrines in Qom went viral, the Iran Government decided to cancel the prayers in the mosque. Due to Coronavirus, in Iran, about 92 people have killed while 2,922 confirmed cases are found.
According to media reports, Iranian Health Ministry spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour said, "The virus has no wings to fly. We are the ones who transfer it to each other."
There are now over 3,140 coronavirus cases across the Middle East – most of which are linked back to the Islamic Republic.
