Doors of Kedarnath shrine reopens with all rituals

Dehradun, May 17: After a six-month winter break, doors of the Himalayan shrine of Kedarnath were reopened at 5 am with all the rituals on May 17. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, no devotees were allowed inside the temple however, temple authorities made online darshan arrangements for the devotees.

A limited number of temple priests, including Rawal Bhim Shankar Ling and Chief Priest Bagesh Ling, and officials of the administration and Devasthanam Board were present at the time of the ceremony.
