A Hindu temple has been destroyed by unknown culprits in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The temple was located near the A9 highway linking Jaffna and Kandy. It is seen in the photo that the idol of Lord Ganesha has also been damaged and the walls of the temple have completely collapsed.
On the morning of June 7, the residents noticed that the temple has been badly destroyed. The residents have alerted the local police authorities. The police have launched an investigation into the culprits of the destruction, Tamil Guardian reported.
