Christian outfit to campaign against women's abortion rights in India

Kerala Catholic Bishop Council (KCBC) has decided to protest against women's abortion rights granted under the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act 1971 (MTP Act). KCBC has issued a notification to associate groups regarding the campaign. KCBC has planned to campaign on August 10, Times of India reported.
Earlier, the people criticised the Pala Diocese after they declared financial schemes for couples with five and more children. However, KCBC supported and appreciated the Diocese's decision.
