Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested two Christian pastors who were converting some local people on the banks of Tamsa River. After the information, some local people informed the police about the conversion. Accordingly, the police reached the site and arrested the two pastors after a primary investigation.
On February 6, about 50-60 women and a dozen men had gathered for prayer meetings and baptism. After observing the gatherings, the group of people informed the police. The police reached the spot took half a dozen into custody. While talking to the media, police in charge DK Srivastava said that he received the complaint related to conversion and action will be taken accordingly against the two suspects.
