Muslim man pressurises minor Hindu girl for nikah, threatens to kill her on refusing

A Muslim man reportedly pressurised a ninth-standard Hindu girl for nikah and threatened to kill her if she refused him. The incident took place in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. The video of the victim has surfaced on social media.
In her complaint, the victim said that Mohammad Saqlain used to follow her when she used to go to school. One day the accused forced her to marry him. On refusing, the accused threatened to kill her. After the incident, she reached home and told her mother about Mohammad Saqlain. The mother met the accused parents. Even after this, Mohammad Saqlain did not agree and started threatening to shoot her, she stated in her complaint.
The police started the investigation after registering the case.
